Haji Mohammad Ibrahim Mugloo, the man who bought "Wazwan" to common man started Mughal Darbar in 1984 with a simple restaurant which grew into a taste center of Kashmir, now fondly called " The taste of Nation".  Being a perfectionist and great lover of Wazwan himself he has always strived to make it even better. Now his sons too work even harder to implement the modern techniques of hygiene and nourishment. Sajad H. Mugloo, his elder son has been the man behind modern Mughal-Darbar who never compromises in quality and who makes efforts to take Mughal Darbar to world wide web . A. Rashid  Mugloo and Altaf H. Mugloo are his other sons who work persistently to make it a even better.  

Mughal Darbar  is Kashmir's favorite food- stop and Tourist's delight.  Being in the heart of Kashmir people from all walks of life cherish to enjoy their lunch in this beautiful place. There are people who cover miles from distant areas to enjoy the delicacies of Mughal Darbar. What is worthy needs no praise, it may be out of course to be self praising and that's why we don't boast but invite the lovers of cuisine who have never visited Mughal Darbar to visit here and give us the honor of  being their host and serve what we are best at !
